The machine is designed to process panels with a maximum board width of 1200 mm and a minimum processing size of 40 × 180 mm, ensuring flexibility for different production requirements.

The axis travel includes 3000 mm on the X-axis, 1500 mm on the Y-axis, and 200 mm on the Z-axis. The maximum movement speeds reach 130 m/min (X-axis), 85 m/min (Y-axis), and 25 m/min (Z-axis), delivering high-speed and precise machining performance.

The spindle system features a 6 kW ATC (Automatic Tool Change) main spindle equipped with an automatic 6-position tool magazine. In addition, the machine includes two 3.5 kW auxiliary spindles and a fixed main spindle, allowing processing on four horizontal sides for increased versatility.

The drilling configuration consists of a 12 vertical + 8 horizontal (12V + 8H) drilling head, along with an additional 9V drilling unit manufactured in Japan.

The transmission system is built with high-quality international components, including a Shimpo reducer (Japan), Rotalin rack (Germany), TBI drive screw (Taiwan), and Hippo Monte coupling, ensuring accurate and stable motion control. The feeding system operates via a frequency-controlled conveyor for smooth material handling.

Main electrical components are supplied by Schneider, while the pneumatic system uses premium components from SMC and Airtac. The machine is also equipped with an American ZEBRA wireless scanner for efficient barcode reading and production tracking.

The countertop structure features an air-floating HPL surface with chrome plating, providing smooth panel movement and long-term durability.

The overall machine dimensions are 3050 × 5700 × 2600 mm, with a total weight of 3900 kg.

Power requirements include 3-Phase AC 380V / 50Hz, with a minimum air pressure of ≥ 0.65 MPa and a total installed power of 22 kW.
Air consumption is 800 L/min, and the required dust collector flow rate is 500 m³/h.
