The machine is designed for a maximum processing width of 1200 mm (board width) and a minimum processing size of 40 × 180 mm. It offers high-speed performance with advanced motion control and precision engineering.

The axis travel includes 3000 mm on the X-axis, 1500 mm on the Y-axis, and 200 mm on the Z-axis. The maximum axis speeds reach 130 m/min (X-axis), 85 m/min (Y-axis), and 25 m/min (Z-axis), ensuring efficient and accurate processing.

The spindle configuration includes a 6 kW ATC main spindle (Automatic Tool Change) equipped with an automatic 6-position tool magazine. In addition, the machine features two 3.5 kW lower spindles and a fixed main spindle, providing versatile machining capability including processing on four horizontal sides.

The drilling system consists of a 12 vertical + 8 horizontal (12V + 8H) drilling head, along with an additional 9V drilling unit manufactured in Japan.

The transmission system is built with high-quality international components, including a Shimpo reducer (Japan), Rotalin rack (Germany), TBI drive screw (Taiwan), and Hippo Monte coupling, with main electrical components supplied by Schneider.

The pneumatic system uses premium components from SMC and Airtac, and the machine is equipped with an American ZEBRA wireless scanner.

The countertop structure features an air-floating HPL surface with chrome plating, ensuring smooth material handling and durability.

The overall machine dimensions are 3050 × 5700 × 2600 mm, with a total weight of 3900 kg.

Power requirements are 3-Phase AC 380V / 50Hz, with a minimum air pressure of ≥ 0.65 MPa and a total installed power of 22 kW.
