The machine offers a maximum processing capacity of 3660 × 1200 × 200 mm, with a minimum processing size of 40 × 180 mm.

The axis travel includes 3000 mm on the X-axis, 1500 mm on the Y-axis, and 200 mm on the Z-axis. The maximum operating speeds reach 130 m/min for the X-axis, 85 m/min for the Y-axis, and 25 m/min for the Z-axis, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.

The spindle system features a 6-kW main spindle with Automatic Tool Change (ATC), supported by an automatic 6-position tool magazine. Additionally, the machine is equipped with two auxiliary 3.5 kW CC spindles. The drilling configuration includes a 12 vertical + 8 horizontal (12V + 8H) CC drilling head, along with an additional 9V CC spindle manufactured in Japan.

The transmission system incorporates premium international components, including a Shimpo reducer (Japan), Rotalin rack (Germany), TBI drive screw (Taiwan), and Hippo Monte coupling (Germany).

Electrical and pneumatic systems are built using high-quality components, with Schneider (France) for the main electrical parts and SMC (Japan) and Airtac (Taiwan) for pneumatic components. The machine also includes an American Zebra wireless scanner.

The machine structure features an air-floating HPL countertop with a chrome-plated surface, ensuring smooth panel movement and durability. Overall machine dimensions are 3050 × 5700 × 2600 mm, with a total weight of 3,900 kg.

The power requirements are 3-Phase AC 380V / 50Hz, with a minimum air pressure of ≥ 0.65 MPa and a total installed power of 22 kW.
