The 2137CC CNC Nesting Machine offers a working travel of 2100 mm on the X-axis, 3700 mm on the Y-axis, and 200 mm on the Z-axis. It is equipped with a vacuum table structure for strong material fixation.

The machine runs on Taiwan 25 mm square linear rails, with rack and pinion transmission on the X and Y axes and a ball screw system on the Z axis. Working accuracy reaches ±0.05 mm. Maximum air movement speed is 80,000 mm/min, while maximum working speed reaches 25,000 mm/min.

It is fitted with a 9 kW air-cooled spindle with a speed range of 0–24,000 rpm, along with a 12-position ISO30 automatic tool changer. The drilling head includes 9 vertical drills.

The drive system uses a 1000 W Syntec AC servo motor, operating with G-code command and controlled by a Syntec control system. The oiling system is automatic.

The machine operates on AC 380V / 3PH / 50Hz power supply and includes pop-up positioning cylinders. It is also equipped with an automatic tool measurement sensor.

Packing dimensions are 4900 × 2300 × 2450 mm, and the net weight is 2600 kg.
