PRONEST 2137-P-AR

The machine features a maximum panel length of 3700 mm and a maximum panel width of 2100 mm, with a Z working area of 250 mm.

It is equipped with an HSD 9 kW air-cooled main spindle and a PROTEAN drilling head with 9 vertical drills. The automatic tool changer is linear with 12 positions, and the automatic tool presetter is enabled.

The vacuum system includes two 5.5 kW German Becker vacuum pumps. Maximum working speed during nesting reaches 35 m/min. The machine is equipped with 7 different vacuum zones controlled directly from the screen.

The control system is the new version Syntec with a 21-inch screen, including simulation function, wireless keyboard and mouse, and network connection to the office. The drive system uses Yaskawa servo motors with Mechatrolink communication (850 W).

Electrical components are from Siemens and Schneider. The worktable is a special two-layer compact laminated structure (HPL, not PVC) with jig fixing possibility enabled. The rack is imported from Germany.

The control program supports ARTCAM, Cabinet Vision, Polyboard, KNEST, Alphacam, Mastercam, and WoodWOP. The machine includes a ZEBRA automatic labeling printer, Worklist + Opticut integration, and one automatic unloader.
